DESCRIPTION:Join us Tuesday\, June 2nd for the first community ride of the 2026 season. Led by Rhys\, we’ll meet at T’s Pub at 6:30 PM before heading out for a relaxed 25 km ride along the Ottawa River Pathway\, with a short stop at Britannia Beach. After the ride\, we’ll return to T’s Pub for a social hour and post-ride hangout. \n\n\n\nThis ride is open to all skill levels — whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just looking to get out for an easy evening ride\, everyone is welcome. No registration required — just bring your own bike (road or hybrid bikes recommended)\, a helmet\, and come ride with us. \n\n\n\nGood people\, fresh air\, and a golden hour bike ride\, we can’t wait to see you.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of community\, exploration\, and celebration as we unveil the Out at Camp Gear Library! This initiative aims to make outdoor adventures more accessible to the 2SLGBTQ+ community in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. Whether you’re a seasoned camper or new to the outdoors\, this event offers something for everyone. \n\n\n\nHighlights: \n\n\n\nExclusive Shopping Experience: Stroked Ego is hosting a special shopping event where 20% of the night’s net sales (before tax and after discounts\, in-store only) will be donated to support Out at Camp’s mission.​ \n\n\n\nInteractive Gear Displays: Explore various camping gear stations\, including tent setups\, cooking equipment\, and backpacking essentials. Our volunteers will provide demonstrations and answer your questions to help you prepare for your next adventure.​ \n\n\n\nPhoto Booth: Capture the moment with our camping-themed photo setup\, complete with fun props like backpacks\, lanterns\, and flannel shirts.​ \n\n\n\n50/50\, Raffle\, & Door Prizes: Purchase raffle tickets during the event for a chance to win exciting prizes. Each purchase at Stroked Ego also earns you an additional raffle entry.​ \n\n\n\nComplimentary Refreshments: Enjoy delicious offerings from Quiznos\, along with beer and seltzers by Beyond the Pale.​ \n\n\n\nCommunity Connection: Meet fellow community members\, share stories\, and discover upcoming Out at Camp adventures designed to foster connection and a love for nature within the 2SLGBTQ+ community.​ \n\n\n\nAdmission:\n\n\n\nThis event is free to attend\, however\, we encourage you to add a donation to help cover the costs of the event and support our mission.
