Battling bipolar disorder\, cPTSD\, OCD and ADHD\, Sterling’s music has always been a vessel for self-expression used to navigate life’s adversities. A founding member of Queers in Your Ears\, Jeffrey has shared his work across Canada and internationally\, from Harbourfront Centre to Arirang Nights of Storytelling in Korea.
