SUMMARY:A Queerly Crafty Supply Swap and January Crafty Afternoon
DESCRIPTION:This is a pay-what-you-can event that is held in the morning (craft supply swap begins! Along with the Queerly Crafty day) and afternoon (the regular Queerly Crafty Afternoon) at the Grove Studio’s new location in Chinatown South! \n\n\n\nIf you’re interested in the crafty supply swap\, head over in the morning and see what’s up for grabs! Bring some supplies that you want out of your home\, and go home with some supplies you didn’t know you needed! \n\n\n\nAnd stick around for the Queerly Crafty Day! Bring a craft (sewing\, knitting\, crocheting\, quilting\, embroidery\, etc) and enjoy a day with fellow sewists\, crafters\, and creators! If you think you’ll need a sewing machine or an iron/ironing board\, please let Josephine know in advance and she will try to accommodate (i.e.\, make sure those are available). \n\n\n\nThis is a masked event! Please bring a KN95 or higher mask (we have KN95s if you don’t have one!)

DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Trans Life Drawing! This in-person class is open exclusively to the trans community\, including non-binary and 2-Spirit people\, aged 18+. Featuring nude trans models\, our monthly sessions focus on celebrating and representing trans bodies. We aim to create a unique\, empowering space where the trans community and allies can come together to create art. \n\n\n\nAccessibility & TicketsTo ensure a safe and inclusive environment\, masks are required for all participants. Masks will beavailable at the entrance. Parking is available next to the ACO building\, with additional street parkingnearby. The events are held in The Living Room at the ACO\, which is wheelchair accessible. \n\n\n\nPlease note\, tickets are required for each attendee and are non-refundable. \n\n\n\nHouse Rules \n\n\n\n\nPlease arrive and set up 10 minutes before we start.\n\n\n\nUpon arrival\, you will be asked to read and sign the AIDS Committee of Ottawa’s Confidentiality Agreement. As the ACO provides therapeutic services\, maintaining confidentiality is crucial. If you’d like to review the agreement ahead of time\, please reach out.\n\n\n\nNo photography or recording is allowed. Violating this rule will result in an immediate lifetime ban.\n\n\n\nNo pronoun assumptions! Use each other’s names unless told otherwise.
