DESCRIPTION:Inspired by the recent trending “knit-raves” (and @boo._.66‘s personal love of going out and knitting in places you’d least expect)\, we present Craftwerk! \n\n\n\nA new casual event where music lovers and crafters unite to parallel play. Whether you want to come and socialize with fellow craft lovers or just want to go mute and dance to some new music\, this event welcomes both. As the series continues\, more DJs/musicians will be invited to showcase experimental music\, so in a way\, everybody will be crafting something! Our intention is to create a safe space that is welcoming to all\, for people who want to be in community but find the typical environment of “going out” overwhelming because of socializing or sensory stimuli. For our first event\, we are keeping things nice and calm in tone with the post-holiday winter season. We will be playing some chill house and electronic music for you to sip your drink to and craft whatever your heart desires! \n\n\n\nWhat craft will you be bringing?? \n\n\n\nCraftwerk ft. DJs @boo._.66 and @jasnastyB.Y.O.C. (Bring your own craft projects\, tools\, and supplies – but some collage and art materials will be provided as well 🙂
