SUMMARY:Strap-On Skills
DESCRIPTION:Strap-on play can be a fun way to penetrate a partner\, express your gender\, get off on watching your honey perfect their deep throating technique\, and more! This workshop will cover the ins and outs of harness play: what’s available\, what toys to use where\, and the lay of the land you’ll be exploring. We’ll talk about vaginal\, anal and oral play and include handy tips\, safety and how to maximize pleasure for the wearer as well as the receiver. We will discuss toys and play for everyone\, regardless of identity and/or gender expression.  \n\n\n\nThis workshop takes place online via Zoom. Registration closes 3 hours before the event. Zoom codes will be emailed the day of the workshop once registration closes\, please check your spam folder! \n\n\n\nOur workshops are 18+ unless otherwise specified. DESCRIPTION:Write the story only you can tell. Join a supportive writing group designed to help you find the words for the life stories you haven’t found a way to tell. Facilitated by Jeremiah Bartram\, who has extensive training and experience as a writer and playwright. Inspired by the Writers’ Union of Canada’s proven methodology. We will blend warm -up exercises\, creative prompts\, and reflective group discussion to get the writing flowing. This is not a therapy group – but personal wiring is powerful. The goal here is craft\, clarity\, and courage. DESCRIPTION:Gender Identity Fundamentals \n\n\n\nThis module is primarily concerned with deepening understanding of the term “gender identity”. It discusses five major components of gender identity: sense of self\, community identity\, societal influences\, biology\, and time. \n\n\n\nThe module proceeds to discuss intersectionality and the ways gender interacts with other aspects of identity. There is a brief discussion of pronouns\, and the distinction between pronouns and identity. The module continues with a detailed examination of cisgender privilege\, to ground the theoretical discussion and prepare participants to explore the scenarios in Module II.  \n\n\n\nGender Identity Fundamentals concludes by addressing current political context for trans people internationally and nationally\, and possible actions.
