SUMMARY:Cooking Class Pilot Program
DESCRIPTION:Ottawa Senior Pride Network (OSPN) and Centretown Community Health Centre (CCHC) are excited to launch a pilot complimentary cooking workshop for OSPN members.  \n\n\n\nWe are testing a model that can later be shared with other Community Health Centres (CHCs) that have community kitchens\, making it easier for members across the city to participate.  \n\n\n\nCapacity: 3 spots remaining  \n\n\n\nRecipe: Vegetarian chili to reduce intake of fat and increase dietary fibre.  \n\n\n\nPlease reserve your spot by Thursday\, January 16 by emailing Sarah Rea at srea@thegoodcompanions.ca.  \n\n\n\nThank you for supporting a healthier\, more connected community.

In this session\, you’ll learn effective messaging frameworks and build your capacity to change hearts and minds – in conversation\, on stage and in the media. \n\n\n\nQueer Momentum’s Winter Webinars\n\n\n\nThrough our webinars\, we help power-up 2SLGBTQIA+ advocates and allies with training on effective advocacy\, movement-building and community organizing. These sessions are free\, and intended to help you – as an activist or ally – become a stronger advocate.  \n\n\n\nThis winter\, we’re bringing you five sessions designed and delivered by our team\, ranging from effective messaging to arts-based activism to undertaking culturally aware advocacy. We’re proud of these sessions\, and excited to share them with you. All sessions will be recorded and shared with registrants – so don’t hesitate to sign up even if you can’t make it during the time-slot.
