DESCRIPTION:Local popular drag king Zak Zinya (Michelle) is offering a workshop teaching the basics of drag in “Drag 101! Drag is an art form where people create a character/persona to present gender in interesting and creative ways. In this all ages hands-on interactive workshop\, participants will learn the fun basics of drag makeup\, character development\, lip synching\, dance/movement\, costuming\, and how to build confidence and stage presence to perform drag! Come join us to develop your creativity & celebrate diversity! \n\n\n\nRoom: Glebe CC Multipurpose Room \n\n\n\nRequired age: 10 – 14 years old as of 12/31/2024 \n\n\n\nNotes: If you are at all unwell\, please do not attend GNAG activities. in the interest of protecting the health of the other participants and staff.
