SUMMARY:Rainbow Flow
DESCRIPTION:Rainbow Flow is a 90 minute yoga class focused on a holistic practice including movement\, meditation\, and breath work. Incorporating accessible shapes and flows\, that may be adjusted to suit all levels of practice. No previous yoga experience will be required\, nor any base level of flexibility. Each class is run with the goal to help participants leave with a sense of ease of self\, and tools to return to that sense on or off the mat. The class makes room to explore the other limbs of yoga beyond just asana\, practicing wellness instead of fitness. \n\n\n\nIn order to participate and benefit from the class participants must: \n\n\n\n\nBe able to stand up from sitting on the floor or a block\n\n\n\nWear clothes you are comfortable in\, that allow for range of movement\n\n\n\nSigned a liability waiver\n\n\n\nOptional: Bring a water bottle\n\n\n\n\nSpots are limited: Sign up through the form below to secure yours

DESCRIPTION:Queer Death Salon is a virtual community space for all 2SLGBTQIA+ people to come together to discuss death\, dying and grief. It is a facilitated drop-in discussion space\, with the purpose of building connection\, skill\, and resources for 2SLGBTQIA+ people navigating end of life in our personal lives and in our communities. \n\n\n\nJoin Badly Licked Bear for a deep conversation about the ways that sex and death are woven together in fetish\, kink and BDSM\, seen through and with a critical eye towards the realities and illusions of the “kink escalator\,” which like the “relationship escalator\,” both suggests and expects illusions of “progress” as a goal\, while also looking at the advantages of living and playing and loving in both the deep and the shallow ends of the pool. \n\n\n\nBadly Licked Bear is an educator\, storyteller\, artist\, and mutual aid worker. A former curator and college professor\, she teaches\, speaks\, and writes at the intersections of film\, culture\, politics and sexuality. She also works as a voice and activist for transgender civil rights and practical\, transformative sexuality in the BDSM\, kink\, and leather communities.

DESCRIPTION:This month\, we’re continuing our conversations about healthy masculinity for transmasculine people\, with a specific focus on racialized experiences. \n\n\n\nWe’ll explore our experiences of gender\, transitioning\, and building community.We will guide folks through a zine-making activity to reflect on our relationships with our “pre-trans” selves. \n\n\n\nAs a group\, we’re hoping to talk through things like male privilege\, fetishization\, emotional regulation\, our relationship to femininity\, and more. \n\n\n\nCraft supplies and light snacks will be provided!
