DESCRIPTION:Queer Club Fridays is an event that is set up like an open-hang out\, after finishing the school or work week. For this low-sensory edition\, the lights will be low\, and we will play low-volume instrumental chill music. There will be a few tables set up with materials and prompts for folks who want to make their own greeting cards or self-care cards (examples will be available). You can bring your own book to read\, or your own craft to work on\, and quiet conversation is welcome! Drop in anytime between 6pm and 10pm. \n\n\n\nThis is a masked event\, KN95 or higher is required. Drinks and snacks are available to purchase to be consumed outside the space. \n\n\n\nSliding scale tickets \n\n\n\nMoney shouldn’t be a barrier to connection\, creativity\, or joy. Sliding scale pricing lets you choose the price that feels right based on your current financial reality. When those who have more pay more\, it helps to keep our programming open to everyone\, no matter the income. We trust you to assess your own situation with honest and care. DESCRIPTION:Laylit\, the acclaimed platform and collective celebrating music and artists from the Arab and SWANA (South West Asia and North Africa) region and its diaspora\, is bringing its seventh anniversary tour to Club SAW in Ottawa on Saturday\, September 6\, 2025\, presented in partnership with Debaser.  \n\n\n\nThe anniversary stop will feature an electrifying lineup: New York City-based Arianna Danae\, Ottawa’s own DJ Zraa\, and Laylit resident DJs Nadim Maghzal and MNSA. Together\, they will deliver a vibrant dance party that pushes musical boundaries while fostering queer community connection.  \n\n\n\n19+ event / licensed  \n\n\n\nClub SAW is a wheelchair accessible space. The indoor venue is accessible by a ramp from street level\, the doors are automatic\, and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible (including adult-sized change tables). Bathrooms are also gender neutral.  \n\n\n\nFree harm reduction supplies\, including masks and earplugs\, are available at the box office.

Light play is welcome\, but mostly\, just relax\, be served\, and enjoy the fire. \n\n\n\n🌙 8:00 PM–2:00 AM – Play Party \n\n\n\nAs night falls\, the big tent becomes our dungeon. With a live DJ from 8–11 PM setting the mood\, and quieter beats until close\, the night is yours to play\, connect\, and explore. Rigging points and play furniture will be available. \n\n\n\n🌅 Sunday Morning \n\n\n\nCoffee and croissants courtesy of CC’s Corner Coffee\, plus a gentle wind-down as we pack up and head home by noon. \n\n\n\n💡 Logistics to Know \n\n\n\n\nTent camping is available—bring your own gear (no RVs). Upon registration let us know if you’d like a spot close to the action or in a more remote location on the property. There will be designated areas for pitching tents. \n\n\n\nA bus will transport attendees and gear from Probe at 41 York St. at 11 AM to the farm. A return bus will depart the farm at 11 AM on Sunday morning. Please indicate when purchasing your ticket if you would like to utilize this option—there is no additional charge. \n\n\n\nPorta-potties will be on site\, including a wheelchair-accessible unit.\n\n\n\nNo pets are allowed in the camping or main event area\, unless they are a service animal. \n\n\n\nThere is no running water and electricity will not be available to attendees. Please bring drinking water (well water is provided on site) and charge your electronics before arriving. If you have any accessibility requirements\, please reach out to us to discuss. \n\n\n\nThere is a fire pit for gathering; no additional campfires will be permitted. \n\n\n\nPlease provide the same respect to the farm and those who work there as you would to those at Probe. Keep your areas tidy and dispose of garbage in available receptacles. \n\n\n\nThis is an active produce farm and is open to the public on Saturdays until 5PM. We kindly ask that you remain mindful of this\, and we will obscure views and cordon off the main event area as best we can for privacy. \n\n\n\nPlease obtain consent from everyone involved before taking photos. We also ask that you do not tag Rideau Pine Farms in anything kink related. Additionally\, the farmhouse is off limits\, as is any neighbouring property. \n\n\n\nQuiet time begins at 11PM; low music and play are welcome until 2AM. \n\n\n\nAs this is a commercial venue\, the same rules apply here as at Probe: we do not hold a liquor license and BYOB is prohibited.
