Hosted by Homo Phono & Capital Bi’s! \n\n\n\nWhere: The Grove Studio @thegrove613 \n\n\n\nWho: You! 2SLGBTQIA+ and our covid-safer pals 😷 \n\n\n\nWhat’s Happening? \n\n\n\n7:30-8:30 – mixer with games to meet old and new pals \n\n\n\n8:30-9:30 – slow dance (designated dancers💘) \n\n\n\n9:30-11:00 – high energy dance tracks with DJ del Pilar🔥 \n\n\n\nTake a break from dancing at the craft table 💫 \n\n\n\nTo Know \n\n\n\n\nMask mandatory event (KN95 or better). Masks are provided at the door (overhead straps) and required before entry.\n\n\n\nThis is a sober-friendly event. Guests are welcome to consume before or after the event\, but please be mindful of intoxication levels.\n\n\n\nSliding scale tickets.\n\n\n\nThe canteen is open for non-alcoholic beverages. Please sip in the hall.\n\n\n\n\nAccessibility Details \n\n\n\n\nPlease avoid wearing anything scented.\n\n\n\nVarious kinds of seats are available\, see below.\n\n\n\nYou’re encouraged to bring your earplugs and some are available for free onsite.\n\n\n\nNo strobes/flashing lights in the event space. Flourescent lights in the halls.\n\n\n\nThe building has an elevator and an automatic front door.\n\n\n\nThe door to The Grove is not automatic.\n\n\n\n\nCOVID safety \n\n\n\n\nMasks mandatory: KN95 or better.\n\n\n\n3 air purifiers in use.\n\n\n\nA CO2 monitor is visible throughout the event.\n\n\n\nThe HVAC system will be in operation\, as well as 3 air purifiers. Windows will be open\, depending on temperature.\n\n\n\nPlease stay home if you or anyone you’re in contact with isn’t feeling well.\n\n\n\n\nEmail: 613living@gmail.com if you have questions or access needs. \n\n\n\nNotes About The Grove \n\n\n\n280-18 Louisa is on the 2nd floor of the building. \n\n\n\nThere are accessible washrooms on the 2nd floor. The (gendered) washrooms are shared with the whole floor but after hours it’s unlikely anyone else will be on site. \n\n\n\nThe studio is over 800 square feet of open space with an 11 ft ceiling \n\n\n\nFor seating\, we have several options – \n\n\n\nWhite folding chairs (max 225lbs /102 kg static) \n\n\n\nBlue stacking chairs ( max 660lbs / 299.3 kg static) \n\n\n\nBrown couch (max 700lbs/317.5 kg static) \n\n\n\nRustic brown stools (max 264.5lbs/ 120 kg static)
