We will learn about the fundamentals of the sport\, what to expect as a team member\, and what to expect before training begins. \n\n\n\nWe’ll cover readiness tips\, team dynamics\, wellness strategies\, and what participation can look like for different experience levels. This is also a space to connect with others who are curious about paddling and community sport as a pathway to wellness and belonging. \n\n\n\nCome get inspired\, get informed\, and get ready to move together. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNotes on Accessibility \n\n\n\n\nOur building has three elevators\, and our office is fully wheelchair accessible. Different seating options are available throughout the evening. There is a gender neutral and wheelchair accessible washroom just outside of our office. Please let us know in advance if you require any additional accommodations.\n\n\n\nOur office is right around the corner from bus stops for the 6\, 7\, and 11. We’re about a 5-minute walk from the nearest stop for the 14\, and a 10-minute walk from Parliament Station (Line 1 of the O-train). There are also several paid parking lots and garages within walking distance.
