No experience necessary! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ \n\n\n\nSeptember schedule:☆ Every Monday from 6:30pm to 9pm (drop-in\, free\, NO registration required) \n\n\n\nWe’ll provide snacks\, water\, masks\, and weight lifting equipment! See the link in our bio for a full list of our equipment. \n\n\n\nWAIVERS:Everyone is required to sign a waiver for liability reasons due to the heavy weight lifting equipment involved. The waiver can be viewed ahead of time through the link in our bio. We’ll have blank waivers available to be signed as people arrive. No deadnames on the waiver please! \n\n\n\nIf you’re under 18\, please make sure a legal guardian can sign the waiver. There’s no mention of “queer” on the under 18 waiver. \n\n\n\nENTRANCES:The church’s back entrance will be unlocked. If you need the door opened for you\, ring the doorbell. See the link in our bio for instructions about the wheelchair accessible front entrance (facing Sparks St.). There will be instructions posted on the door at both entrances. \n\n\n\nMASKS:Masks are strongly encouraged. We provide kn94 masks. \n\n\n\nQUIET AREA:There is a quiet area with seating and low-lighting in the church. There is also a park across the street where you can take a break if needed. \n\n\n\nRESTROOMS:The church has two private\, gender neutral restrooms. One is wheelchair accessible. We always have pads and tampons available in the restrooms for anyone who needs them. Feel free to take them! \n\n\n\nTRANSPORTATION:There are spots for free parking in the church’s driveway beside the parking lot. There’s also paid parking in the parking lot and street parking on nearby streets. The church is close to Lyon Station by train/bus. \n\n\n\nSee you there!

Feel free to bring a board game you’d like to share with others. \n\n\n\nMembership not required. This is a drop in event\, we accept donations to fuel our intergalactic cause\, but there are no tickets or minimum cost. \n\n\n\nWe have a range of board games spread out for you to select from. Tea\, coffee\, and pop are always available\, as are a variety of snacks. Attendees are always welcome to bring a treat to share or a game they’re comfortable teaching others to play. We’d love to get a glimpse at what you have on your game shelf! \n\n\n\nThe dress code is casual. You might see a collar or two\, but feel free to come as you are. This event is not intended for play or finding a date. DESCRIPTION:A running and walking club for 2SLGBTQ+ community and friends in the National Capital Region\, meeting Tuesday nights\, Friday nights\, and Saturday mornings (09:00 (spring\, summer\, fall); 09:30 (winter; from the first Saturday of December to the last Saturday of March)) at 111 Lisgar Street\, the rear entrance of City Hall. \n\n\n\nRuns are held: \n\n\n\n\nTuesdays at 6:30 pm\, after which we go for coffee (Routes)\n\n\n\nSaturdays at 9:00 am (9:30 am from the first Saturday of December to the last Saturday of March inclusive)\, followed by breakfast  (Routes)\n\n\n\n\nWomen’s 5km run \n\n\n\n\nFridays at 5:00 pm\n\n\n\nThis event is open to all who identify as women\, female-identifying\, non-binary\, and Two-Spirit individuals\n\n\n\nFor more details\, please email wmns@ottawafrontrunners.org \n\n\n\n\nNOTICE: 2025 Gatineau runs — Saturdays\, 10 May\, 14 June\, 12 July\, 9 August\, 13 September\, and 11 October. \n\n\n\nCancellation of runs are rare\, only owing to holidays and hazardous weather. Meetings are casual and drop in\, so you can stay for as long or as little as you would like. Expect a mix of discussion\, low stakes activities\, and free time to chat and connect.
