DESCRIPTION:OSPN in partnership with The Good Companions is delighted to offer in person programing to our 55+ LGBTQ2+ community. \nOut and About Saturdays is specialty programing for the 55+ LGBTQ2+ community. Ideas for offerings can be forwarded to the program coordinator\, Stephane Gauthier at sgauthier@thegoodcompanions.ca or by telephone at (613) 236-0428 ext. 2353. \nSchedule of Events: \n10:00am to 12:00pm \n• Coffee Club \n• Table Tennis \n• Older and Bolder (women’s meet up) \n1:00pm to 2:30pm \n• Advanced Care Planning and Wills:Join Zac Giuliani from Arbor Memorial for an informative session on advanced care planning and wills. Learn how to plan ahead to ensure your wishes are respected and your loved ones are supported. This presentation will cover essential tips and guidance to help you navigate these important decisions with confidence. \n• Pickle ball_______________ \nOnce a month Stephane and the Saturday programing committee meet to discuss potential offerings and brainstorm new ideas and opportunities for programing. If you are interested in joining the committee\, please email your request to sgauthier@thegoodcompanions.ca._______________ \nYou are welcome to participate on a trial basis for 3 Saturdays before deciding to become a Good Companions member. The membership gives you access to all of The Good Companions amenities and offerings\, not just Out and About Saturdays.
