DESCRIPTION:Bound on in to the monthly Howl social! Come grab drink\, snack on some treats and join Probe and The Capital Pups for a fantastical night filled with socializing\, community connections\, and board games! Come dressed as the adorable pet/animal that you are\, and enjoy a romp and cuddle on our cozy foam mats! \n\n\n\nNo membership? No problem! This drop-in event is open to all\, with unlimited snacks and non-alcoholic drinks available by donation. \n\n\n\nWear whatever makes you comfortable—pet play and fetish gear are welcome. While this event isn’t for play\, it’s the perfect opportunity to connect\, mingle\, and strengthen the bonds of our pet play community. Let’s come together to celebrate and build connections in a warm and welcoming space! \n\n\n\nAt this event\, play is not permitted. Our social nights and non-membered events are for connection\, conversation\, and community. We ask all attendees to respect the space and keep interactions within the boundaries of a social setting.

DESCRIPTION:A running and walking club for 2SLGBTQ+ community and friends in the National Capital Region\, meeting Tuesday nights\, Friday nights\, and Saturday mornings (09:00 (spring\, summer\, fall); 09:30 (winter; from the first Saturday of December to the last Saturday of March)) at 111 Lisgar Street\, the rear entrance of City Hall. \n\n\n\nRuns are held: \n\n\n\n\nTuesdays at 6:30 pm\, after which we go for coffee (Routes)\n\n\n\nSaturdays at 9:00 am (9:30 am from the first Saturday of December to the last Saturday of March inclusive)\, followed by breakfast  (Routes)\n\n\n\n\nWomen’s 5km run \n\n\n\n\nFridays at 5:00 pm\n\n\n\nThis event is open to all who identify as women\, female-identifying\, non-binary\, and Two-Spirit individuals\n\n\n\nFor more details\, please email wmns@ottawafrontrunners.org \n\n\n\n\nNOTICE: 2025 Gatineau runs — Saturdays\, 10 May\, 14 June\, 12 July\, 9 August\, 13 September\, and 11 October. \n\n\n\nCancellation of runs are rare\, only owing to holidays and hazardous weather.
