SUMMARY:Frontrunners - Women's Run
DESCRIPTION:A running and walking club for 2SLGBTQ+ community and friends in the National Capital Region\, meeting Tuesday nights\, Friday nights\, and Saturday mornings (09:00 (spring\, summer\, fall); 09:30 (winter; from the first Saturday of December to the last Saturday of March)) at 111 Lisgar Street\, the rear entrance of City Hall. \n\n\n\nRuns are held: \n\n\n\n\nTuesdays at 6:30 pm\, after which we go for coffee (Routes)\n\n\n\nSaturdays at 9:00 am (9:30 am from the first Saturday of December to the last Saturday of March inclusive)\, followed by breakfast  (Routes)\n\n\n\n\nWomen’s 5km run \n\n\n\n\nFridays at 5:00 pm\n\n\n\nThis event is open to all who identify as women\, female-identifying\, non-binary\, and Two-Spirit individuals\n\n\n\nFor more details\, please email wmns@ottawafrontrunners.org \n\n\n\n\nNOTICE: 2025 Gatineau runs — Saturdays\, 10 May\, 14 June\, 12 July\, 9 August\, 13 September\, and 11 October. \n\n\n\nCancellation of runs are rare\, only owing to holidays and hazardous weather. When runs are cancelled\, we post a notice on the site linked below and send an e-mail to members.

Parfois\, c’est pour célébrer\, connecter\, explorer; parfois\, c’est pour gérer le stress\, l’anxiété ou la solitude. Mais au fond\, ce qui compte\, c’est de pouvoir en parler ouvertement\, sans tabous ni jugements. \n\n\n\nRejoins-nous pour une discussion de pairs sincère\, joyeuse et sans filtres où on va explorer : \n\n\n\n\nPourquoi certaines substances sont plus présentes dans nos communautés 🌈\n\n\n\nLes liens entre plaisir\, santé mentale et consommation 💭\n\n\n\nComment trouver un équilibre\, prendre soin de soi et soutenir nos ami·e·s 💞\n\n\n\n\nQue tu consommes\, que tu sois sobre\, curieux·se\, ou que tu veuilles juste écouter — ta voix compte. C’est un espace pour échanger\, réfléchir\, et se soutenir ensemble.
