DESCRIPTION:OSPN in partnership with The Good Companions is delighted to offer in person programming to our 55+ LGBTQ2+ community.  \n\n\n\nJoin us every second and fourth Saturday of the month for a range of engaging activities\, from educational workshops to social programming\, all designed to foster connection\, support\, and enjoyment. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where everyone can feel comfortable\, respected\, and celebrate. \n\n\n\nFor more information on Out and About Saturdays programming\, contact Sarah Rea at sarah@thegoodcompanions.ca. \n\n\n\nParking is available at the centre for $2.50 a day or $30.00 annually. \n\n\n\n*Please Note: Individual financial restrictions will never be a barrier to accessing Out and About Saturdays or becoming a member of The Good Companions. Expect a mix of discussion\, low stakes activities\, and free time to chat and connect. Expect a mix of discussion\, low stakes activities\, and free time to chat and connect. Are you interested in having some discussions about sexuality\, identity\, homophobia and your personal experience? DESCRIPTION:Weekly\, all-ages\, fibre arts meetup open to all skill levels. Bring your knitting\, crochet\, sewing\, quilting\, felting — whatever you’re working on\, and create in community while enjoying a cuppa or a tasty treat. \n\n\n\nThere are ramps on either end of our strip mall’s sidewalk for wheelchairs\, walkers\, and strollers to access the front door. It’s awkward and not perfect\, but it works! Cafe is all one level. washroom has an extra wide door and grab bars to facilitate transfers. DESCRIPTION:Calling all 2SLGBTQIA+ youth! Are you between the ages of 14-19 and interested in connecting with other Queer youth in your community? Drop into OTL’s Youth Group to make some new friends and learn more about our community. Meetings are casual and drop in\, so you can stay for as long or as little as you would like. Expect a mix of discussion\, low stakes activities\, and free time to chat and connect. We will be meeting on the fourth Thursday of each month\, so if you can’t make this one we hope to see you in the future!
