DESCRIPTION:A running and walking club for 2SLGBTQ+ community and friends in the National Capital Region\, meeting Tuesday nights\, Friday nights\, and Saturday mornings (09:00 (spring\, summer\, fall); 09:30 (winter; from the first Saturday of December to the last Saturday of March)) at 111 Lisgar Street\, the rear entrance of City Hall. \n\n\n\nRuns are held: \n\n\n\n\nTuesdays at 6:30 pm\, after which we go for coffee (Routes)\n\n\n\nSaturdays at 9:00 am (9:30 am from the first Saturday of December to the last Saturday of March inclusive)\, followed by breakfast  (Routes)\n\n\n\n\nWomen’s 5km run \n\n\n\n\nFridays at 5:00 pm\n\n\n\nThis event is open to all who identify as women\, female-identifying\, non-binary\, and Two-Spirit individuals\n\n\n\nFor more details\, please email wmns@ottawafrontrunners.org \n\n\n\n\nNOTICE: 2025 Gatineau runs — Saturdays\, 10 May\, 14 June\, 12 July\, 9 August\, 13 September\, and 11 October. \n\n\n\nCancellation of runs are rare\, only owing to holidays and hazardous weather. SUMMARY:Queer Bike Club
DESCRIPTION:🚨Ride Announcement!🚨 \n\n\n\nJoin us Tuesday\, May 13th for a ride to Vincent Massey Park! This will be a loop ride\, starting and ending at the Bayview Station (see slides through the link below) at 6:45pm\, leaving at 7. We will then ride to Vincent Massey Park\, chill for a bit there and then return back to Bayview as a group. Your ride home could be dark so please bring your charged bike lights (try the dollar store or bike shop). \n\n\n\nBring a chair\, or a blanket to sit on if you wish. \n\n\n\nAccessibility: \n\n\n\nThis route (13.6km Total) will be on bike paths \n\n\n\nWe will be crossing the canal at Hartwell Locks. There are two steps up to get onto the lock\, a narrow walkway with railings on both sides\, then two steps down. (Ride leaders can help lifting/moving bikes if needed\, just ask us!) \n\n\n\nThe ride will start and end at Bayview with a break at Vincent Massey Park \n\n\n\nAs always this is a no drop ride at a chill pace\, so no one gets left behind!
