Participants do not need to be currently employed as a high school teacher to attend. Iel anime le groupe trans 16 ans + de Trans Outaouais depuis 2024 et a travaillé avec l’organisme alors qu’iel travaillait chez Jeunesse Idem comme intervenant·e. Son approche est ancrée dans l’anti-oppression et la justice sociale. Son animation vise à encourager l’empowerment des participant·es et à cultiver l’entraide et un sens d’appartenance à la communauté que l’on construit ensemble. Au quotidien\, Stéph aime chanter avec des ami·es\, nager\, faire de l’art et vivre en coop d’habitation.
