We will then ride to Dow’s Lake\, take a break\, and then return to UOttawa Station as a group. Your ride home could be dark\, so please bring your charged bike lights.Bring water and dress for the weather! \n\n\n\nSee the link below for more information about the ride\, including the waiver to attend for the 2026 season.  \n\n\n\nAccessibility:– This route (14 km round trip) will be on bike paths– The ride will start and end at UOttawa Station with a break at Dow’s Lake \n\n\n\nAs always\, this is a no-drop ride at a chill pace\, so no one gets left behind! DESCRIPTION:Nos corps portent des histoires — de transformation\, de survie\, de regard social\, mais aussi de plaisir\, de résistance et de réappropriation. \n\n\n\nPour plusieurs personnes noires\, queers et trans\, la relation au corps peut être complexe\, façonnée par des normes extérieures\, des expériences de marginalisation\, mais aussi par des moments puissants d’affirmation et d’euphorie. \n\n\n\nCe K1 propose un espace sécuritaire et confidentiel pour explorer ces réalités à travers trois axes principaux : \n\n\n\n\nL’image corporelle et l’estime de soi : comprendre comment nous percevons nos corps et comment ces perceptions se construisent\n\n\n\nGenre et perception du corps : aborder la dysphorie\, l’euphorie de genre et l’impact de l’identité sur notre rapport au corps\n\n\n\nSoins de soi et reconnexion : identifier des pratiques accessibles pour prendre soin de soi de manière douce et réaliste\n\n\n\n\nLa session combinera discussions de groupe\, exercices réflexifs et activités interactives pour favoriser le partage\, la bienveillance et la reconnexion à soi.
