Nestled among entwined guitars\, rousing basslines\, and explosive drums\, Dempsey’s subtle vocals recount bizarre crushes\, bad habits\, and summertime melancholy. knitting’s songs are earnest and raw\, giving reflexive queer/trans representation that diversifies the scope of narratives historically given space in indie rock music. \n\n\n\nPith – A freak folk fixture of the Ottawa-Montreal-Toronto corridor for over 10 years. With a 4th LP on the way Pith has honed their sound into psych-tinged queer cosmic country\, anchored by the effects-drenched nylon string of histrionic front-they Chrissy and backed by scene veterans Sarah Bartlett (Lake Urmia\, From Them) and Cole Emberley (Deathsticks). A little medieval\, slightly punk\, largely cathartic\, occasionally silly \n\n\n\nGirl with dream – Songs to make or break your heartNick Bendsza – Dark\, sensitive\, direct\, spiritual and tender; Bendzsa blends trap\, acoustic folk\, ambient\, and indie to texture and paint an exaggerated world of genuine experience and fantasy. Located in Ottawa\, it is Canada’s national capital chapter of International Frontrunners. We have runners of various ages and skill levels and typically have groups going between 5 and 9 km (3 and 5.59 miles) at various paces. Walkers are also members of the club\, consisting usually of runners on the injury list and partners or friends of runners.

SUMMARY:Community Mpox Vaccine Clinic
DESCRIPTION:MAX is working with Ottawa Public Health to host pop-up community immunization clinics for mpox. The clinics are open to members of our community who meet the eligibility criteria and who have not had two doses of the vaccine yet. Please take a minute to review the criteria (below) before booking an appointment. \n\n\n\nWho can receive the Imvamune® vaccine for protection before an exposure to the mpox virus? \n\n\n\nAnyone who received one dose of the Imvamune® mpox vaccine can now receive a second dose at least 28 days after receiving their first dose. This includes individuals who received the vaccine for protection before or after an exposure to the mpox virus.  \n\n\n\nBased on the Ontario Ministry of Health guidelines\, the following groups are eligible for a 2-dose series of the Imvamune® vaccine for protection. \n\n\n\na) Two-spirited\, non-binary\, transgender\, cisgender\, intersex\, or gender-queer individuals who self-identify or have sexual partners who self-identify as belonging to the gay\, bisexual\, pansexual and other men who have sex with men (gbMSM)community AND at least one of the following: \n\n\n\n\nHad a confirmed sexually transmitted infection within the last year.\n\n\n\nHave or are planning to have two or more sexual partners or are in a relationship where at least one of the partners may have other sexual partners.\n\n\n\nHave attended venues for sexual contact (i.e.\, bath houses\, sex clubs) recently or may be planning to\, or who work/volunteer in these settings.\n\n\n\nHave had anonymous sex (e.g.\, using hookup apps) recently or may be planning to.\n\n\n\nAre a sexual contact of an individual who engages in sex work.\n\n\n\n\nb) Individuals who self-identify as engaging in sex work or are planning to\, regardless of self-identified sex or gender. \n\n\n\nc) Household and/or sexual contacts of those identified for pre-exposure vaccination eligibility in parts (a) and/or (b) above AND who are moderately to severely immunocompromised or pregnant may be considered for pre-exposure vaccination.
