DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of community\, exploration\, and celebration as we unveil the Out at Camp Gear Library! This initiative aims to make outdoor adventures more accessible to the 2SLGBTQ+ community in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. Whether you’re a seasoned camper or new to the outdoors\, this event offers something for everyone. \n\n\n\nHighlights: \n\n\n\nExclusive Shopping Experience: Stroked Ego is hosting a special shopping event where 20% of the night’s net sales (before tax and after discounts\, in-store only) will be donated to support Out at Camp’s mission.​ \n\n\n\nInteractive Gear Displays: Explore various camping gear stations\, including tent setups\, cooking equipment\, and backpacking essentials. Our volunteers will provide demonstrations and answer your questions to help you prepare for your next adventure.​ \n\n\n\nPhoto Booth: Capture the moment with our camping-themed photo setup\, complete with fun props like backpacks\, lanterns\, and flannel shirts.​ \n\n\n\n50/50\, Raffle\, & Door Prizes: Purchase raffle tickets during the event for a chance to win exciting prizes. Each purchase at Stroked Ego also earns you an additional raffle entry.​ \n\n\n\nComplimentary Refreshments: Enjoy delicious offerings from Quiznos\, along with beer and seltzers by Beyond the Pale.​ \n\n\n\nCommunity Connection: Meet fellow community members\, share stories\, and discover upcoming Out at Camp adventures designed to foster connection and a love for nature within the 2SLGBTQ+ community.​ \n\n\n\nAdmission:\n\n\n\nThis event is free to attend\, however\, we encourage you to add a donation to help cover the costs of the event and support our mission. You can also help out by participating in the raffle\, buying something from Stroked Ego\, or making a donation during the event.
