So we invite you to join us and some local experts to spill the beans\, and chat about health. \n\n\n\nMental Health Hygiene  \n\n\n\nWe brush our teeth\, we shower\, and we comb our hair. Those are the little things we do to take care of our bodies\, but what are we doing to take care of our minds? Mental Health can be a big challenge sometimes. But sometimes it’s also about all the little things we do to stay well.

What does sex look like after 50? A lot of us are scared of aging\, but many older queers would say they’re having the best time\, and the best sex of their lives! A discussion group for all ages\, come chat about the journey of being queer and getting older.
