Come Through: Black Queer Drop Ins

Project Agape has teamed up with The Grove to create a monthly gathering space for Black queer folks. These sessions are designed to offer a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where we can unwind, connect, and simply be ourselves.
Join us every month for an evening of relaxation, fun, and community! 🍊
Our first event is kicking off in July with a Community Chill Session. Whether you’re in the mood for a friendly board game, vibing to music, or getting creative with coloring or beading, there’s something for everyone. We’ll also be providing delicious patties from Run 2 Patty to enjoy while we hang out.
We’re thrilled to host this event in a cozy, colorful, and welcoming space, perfect for dancing, lounging, and mingling. The Grove has designed the space with diverse seating options, including sofas, floor pillows, and chairs, so you can feel comfortable however you choose to relax. It will also be a mask-friendly space and emphasize on Black joy, comfort, and community. 🌈
