MAX Ottawa’s Response to COVID-19
As Ottawa’s health and wellness connection for guys into guys, MAX is working hard to keep our commitment to maximize the health and wellness of our communities. As such, we have added this COVID-19 response page to serve as a resource for guys into guys to maintain their mental, social, sexual, physical, emotional, and spiritual health during this crisis.

MAX can help create a plan, connecting you to the proper resources through our 3 step approach!
Harm Reduction Services
MAX is excited to announce the opening of the In-Person and Online Harm Reduction Dispensing Program!
MAX offers group, and community support and education programs by and for guys into guys in the Ottawa region.
