
Movement & Meditation
September 17 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Join us for an evening of movement and meditation. Gentle chair yoga practice with slow movement, stretches, and breath work. Then crystal singing bowl meditation, song and sound healing. This evening is suitable for all ages and experience levels.
(You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, a blanket and socks if you wish to lie down for the meditation.)
