Beginner-Friendly beading workshop led by Kaytlyn Nadjiwon! Intermediate beaders will benefit from new tips, tricks,​ and methods.

The workshop includes:
​1) A brief introduction to beadwork as an Indigenous art form (including a discussion about cultural appreciation vs. cultural appropriation)
​2) Three hours of guided hands-on experience
​3) All necessary materials: design templates, seed beads, felt, beading mat, needles, thread, brooch pin
4) Oral & Written “How To Flat-Stitch Bead” directives
5) Snacks & non-alcoholic beverages

Open to all folks​ of all genders. You do not have to be Indigenous to participate​.

​Ages 16+ due to small parts and sharp needles​.​
