Comedy Writing Room

Calling all writers, comedians, and aspiring jesters!
Join us at Milk for an evening of flexing your funny bone and generating new exciting material for your next hot 5. We will start the evening with 45 minutes of writing with suggested prompts. Next the group will bounce ideas off each other and finally present some new material.
Light refreshments will be provided, bring your own writing materials!

About the Host:
Alice Howard (she/they) is an improv facilitator with the Ottawa Improv Embassy, member of Belt! The Improvised Musical, and stand-up comedian. With 10 years of experience in the Ottawa Comedy Community Alice is enthusiastic about supporting newcomers to try out comedy. In addition to comedy Alice is an ice cream aficionado and wiener dog owner!
