This K1, we’re talking all things Ballroom.
To kick things off, we’re screening Haus (2022), a film that follows a young displaced Black queer man and his best friend as they navigate life, identity, and belonging while finding community, refuge, and chosen family within the local underground Kiki Ballroom scene.
Afterwards, share your reflections during our group discussion about the film.
Whether you’re new to Ballroom or have been part of the scene for years, this is an opportunity to learn, reflect, and celebrate the power of community.
