Maximum Sunshine

You’re invited to Maximum Sunshine, a DIY fundraiser variety show for and by the community, held annually around the summer solstice. This year’s edition is raising funds to buy essential supplies for Highjinx and the Ottawa chapter of Food Not Bombs. Featuring an all-evening-long lineup of local queer talent, a BBQ, and a raffle. Bring your picnic blankets, community solidarity, and good vibes!
The first set (5:30-8:00 PM) is family-friendly, the second set (8:30-10:30) features burlesque and a few bad words. Performance volume will be moderate to respect attendees and neighbours.
Accessibility
There are no stairs leading to the backyard, which is half paved, half grass. One stair-free, gender-neutral porta-potty will be available for use.
