Prideful Perspectives: Conversations on 2SLGBTQ+ Mental Health & Wellbeing
October 13 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Living by your values: Finding meaning through action
Being supported by someone who gets it can make all the difference.
That’s why GayZone, in partnership with The Royal, created Prideful Perspectives, a series of guided discussion groups about mental health and wellbeing, aiming to connect you with people who understand your journey and can help you along the way.
We’ll explore how topics like minority stress, social isolation, identity, relationships, anxiety, and depression uniquely impact 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, and resources to help you cope.
Join us to learn how you can tap into your values and take meaningful steps to stay well.
Spots are limited, so sign up through the form below to confirm yours.
About Prideful Perspectives
