WHO ARE WE?
For those who don’t know us yet, QUEEN & QUEER is the story of two friends who decided in 2021 to create Dance Parties for LGBTQ2SIA+ women in Montreal… all in a safe and welcoming space. Today, QUEEN & QUEER has become the largest Lesbo-Queer party on the Montreal scene, attracting a growing community. After Sherbrooke and Quebec City, we’ve chosen Ottawa as our next destination, and we can’t wait to meet you again!
OUR MISSION
Beyond creating festive and safe spaces for the Lesbo-Queer community and their allies, our mission is to highlight the talent of female artists, whether they’re DJs, dancers, or from the circus arts community.
MUSIC IS THE ANSWER
QUEEN & QUEER parties are safe spaces prioritizing LGBTQ2SIA+ women, non-binary people, and trans folks. Allies are welcome too! We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination: homophobia, sexism, transphobia, racism, or harassment have no place at our events. Our events are recognized for celebrating diversity and promoting inclusion. Whether you’re 20 or 60 years old, and no matter your cultural background, you’ll find your place with us.
