We are back for season seven, and our first iteration features poetry, fiction and throatsinging performances centred on the theme of futurisms. Envision our future. Ask yourself: how can we collectively shift these existing sociopolitical structures? What can I do? How can I disrupt? This is futurisms.
Come find out how Qattuu, Shō Yamagushiku and Whitney French approach this topic on Wednesday, May 13. The night will start with an open mic, so bring a poem or short piece of prose or performance to share (2 minute time cap) to Club SAW. This event is PWYC with a suggested donation of $20-$25.
