Tea for Tara

“Tea for Tara” is a year-long monthly program at the Ottawa Trans Library for gathering, sharing & publishing of Trans stories & history.
A year-long, community-rooted storytelling program, centered on monthly gatherings where participants share, witness, and preserve lived experiences. The program functions as a living, breathing archive, shaped by personal truth, collective care, and trans cultural expression.
Join us for a lively conversation on Ottawa Trans History and the Ottawa Trans Community for Episode 1 – “Where Our Story Begins”.
Featuring facilitator Blue Petties in conversation with Ottawa Trans Library Founder, Tara Sypniewski and Gender Mosaic Member, Zelda Marshall.
This one hour story-telling segment will run from 1 pm to 2 pm and includes an audience Q&A followed by a 45 minute tea party with our live audience. You must register to attend the live recording, space is limited.
