Tote Bag Painting Workshop at Café Bon Vivant

Get creative & customize your own tote bag with paint & good vibes in this cozy workshop! All materials provided, no experience required.

Tote bags, paint supplies and other decorating materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own supplies as well if you have something in particular you’d like to do!

Masking is encouraged at this event, but is not required. KJ will be wearing a KN95 mask and will be offering free ones that you are welcome to wear.

Food and drinks will be available for sale. Vegan and gluten free options are available.

Café Bon Vivant is a queer-owned business. KJ Forman is a queer and trans-nonbinary artist. This event is intended to celebrate pride month in our town. It is open to everyone!

Accessibility

There are ramps on either end of our strip mall’s sidewalk for wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers to access the front door. It’s awkward and not perfect, but it works! Cafe is all one level. washroom has an extra wide door and grab bars to facilitate transfers. All of our furniture is rated for a minimum of 250 lbs with some chairs rated for 500 lbs. The space is well lit with warm-toned overhead lamps. Background music plays at a low volume. Our doors are all manual, not automated.
