Writers’ Salon: Works in Progress
January 25 @ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
The Writers’ Salon: Works in Progress invites writers to bring their works in progress to share and commiserate over. Each participant will have a chance to read a sample of their writing. This is not a place to have your work critiqued or to receive specific feedback, rather to explore what it means to have, and be, a work in progress as a writer. This event is open to writers above the age of 18.
Meeting monthly, The Writers’ Salon offers a space for writers to connect, share and build community. The Writers’ Salon is open to writers of all backgrounds, genres and experience levels and is hosted by Meg, a neuroqueer writer, artist and creative care practitioner.
The Writers’ Salon is hosted at The Grove. You can learn more about The Grove, including location, transportation and accessibility info here. Masks (K95 or higher) are required to attend, and will be provided for folks who are unable to bring their own. Please make sure to review the Grove’s current COVID-19 policy before registering.
The Writers’ Salon is a PWYC, sliding scale event. If you aren’t sure how to use the sliding scale, you can find more information here. Suggested pricing options are listed below (tax included).
Meg is always happy to hear from you with questions about The Writers Salon.
