Queerspora

A discussion group for GBT2Q newcomers to make new connections and build community.

A Hub for GBTQ+ Newcomers

Moving to a new country can be exciting, but also challenging - even more so for queer men, non-binary folks and trans people.

Queerspora is a social and educational group that provides support and connection for GBTQ+ newcomers. The group also aims to equip newcomers with sexual health toolkits and knowledge that they can use in their everyday lives in Canada.

We chat about things like sexual health and wellness, how to use hookup apps & cruising spaces, and more! We’ll also plan trips like visits to museums, and parks to name just a few. Queerspora is an opportunity to get to know the city, discover the local queer scene, and learn about some new resources.
