Harm reduction supplies are completely free! We’ll handle the supply and the ordering fees, because partying safely should be accessible for everyone.

You can pick up your supplies at MAX’s office at 400 Cooper Street, unit 9004. Tea2Go’s hours of operations are 12:00pm to 7:00pm every Wednesday and Friday.

We understand that folks may need supplies on short notice! We accept walk-ins at the MAX Ottawa office from 12:00pm to 7:00pm Wednesday through Friday, our harm reduction coordinator will be able to walk you through the process in no time.

Of course! If you would like to receive supplies anonymously, feel free to keep your name private, however we will need an email address we can contact you at, and a shipping address to send your supplies to.

Harm reduction supplies are shipped in a standard shipping box - there are no labels which will tell anyone what’s inside, don’t worry!

We understand that everyone’s needs are different, and some people also get supplies for their friends too! If you need to order more supplies than the limit on our ordering form, please reach out to j.karam@maxottawa.ca

MAX’s Tea2Go program is primarily focused on harm reduction, however we know that folks in our community have different needs. If you need supplies for Hormone Replace Therapy, we’re happy to supply you with varied-sizing syringes, needle tips, sharps containers, and alcohol wipes.
