The program provides a variety of activities, including art, sports, games, and a nutritious meal, catering to the diverse interests of its participants. Additionally, on-site counselling is available to ensure mental and emotional support.

Spectrum can help with challenges like depression, anxiety and suicide while also offering practical support to navigate the mental health, housing and educational systems.
