Discusses the overrepresentation of trans women living with HIV, as well as the lack of access to HIV related healthcare, through analyzing social determinants of health. It calls for the stigma and structural barriers to be addressed in all healthcare settings, and the increase in access to gender-affirming HIV care and medical transition support.
