Where is MAX Heading?

Overview

From 2018-2019, MAX held a series of strategic planning consultations with a broad and diverse range of stakeholders —including community members, service users, volunteers, Board directors, staff, funders, and other key partners in the community,  both individuals and organizations.

The findings of the consultation process were organized into five strategic directions that MAX will implement over the next three years. These directions are:

  1. Navigating health and wellness
  2. Fostering community-led spaces
  3. Building partnerships
  4. Solidifying our organization and
  5. Laying the groundwork for an integrated health hub

Sharing our Directions

MAX wanted to share our strategic plan as widely as possible for many reasons. One, as a THANK YOU gift to all of the people who shared their time and words with us. Two, we want to be held accountable to what guys into guys told us they wanted and needed in order to achieve maximum health and wellness. Three, we want to make sure that listening to community needs remains a constant priority for us.
