Need to talk to someone?

Mental Health Navigation

MAX can help create a navigation plan, connecting you to the proper resources through our 3 step approach:

Meeting to discuss your needs and explore options that will work best for you.

We'll help you make a referral that suits your goals and works for you financially.

On the two week and three-month mark, we will follow up to ensure that you are satisfied with the outcomes.

If you've thought about counselling, but you're not sure where to start, Ryan our Mental Health Navigator, can talk to you about our mental health navigation service.
