Services For You
MAX offers individual support and education services by and for guys into guys in the Ottawa region.
Need to talk to someone?
MAX can help create a navigation plan, connecting you to the proper resources through our 3 step approach:
Meeting to discuss your needs and explore options that will work best for you.
We'll help you make a referral that suits your goals and works for you financially.
On the two week and three-month mark, we will follow up to ensure that you are satisfied with the outcomes.
If you've thought about counselling, but you're not sure where to start, Ryan our Mental Health Navigator, can talk to you about our mental health navigation service.
This free coaching program offers one-on-one meetings with trained volunteers. You will have a chance to work with your coach to explore values, barriers, strengths, and motivations. Our coaches will help you look at what is going on in your life right now, recognize areas for growth, and explore possibilities for the future. Over 4-6 weekly meetings, you can expect to identify actions that will move you in the direction of making changes to meet your goals.
