Provides a host of information regarding gender affirmative practice. Includes relevant statistics, terminology, social determinants of health and cultural context. Guides providers through using gender affirmative language and pronouns, and gender-neutral autonomy terminology. It also gives resources to engage with for next steps in continuing the learning process.

Once the request is received, CCHC will review the information and, if access is granted, will send the documents directly to the provider.
